Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This is where you should answer the most common questions prospective customers might have. It’s a good idea to cover things like your return policy, photography prices, and health promotion/evaluation services. See a few examples below. Contact me if you have other questions.


What’s your return policy?

Although I don’t have a return policy for health promotion and program evaluation services, I do offer “version control” for clients who are not pleased with the final product (e.g., evaluation plans) after the client has reviewed and finalized the initial version. There is a minimum fee of $30 for version control services.

For photography services, clients have the opportunity to receive a “redo” photo session due to the following conditions: inclement weather, sickness and illness, or anything beyond extenuating circumstances. If a client has booked and attended a session and they’ve received and finalized the photos, then they will not be qualified for a redo photo session and will need to book a session paying the assigned fee.

Do your photography prices change for certain clients?

No. Photography prices may fluctuate given the season or time of year. I have the right to change the prices at any time.


Do you provide health promotion/evaluation services to clients outside of Tallahassee?

Yes, work will mostly be done remotely via online or electronically. The first consultation with clients will be face-to-face, by phone, or the preference of the client.

Do you provide photography services to clients outside of Tallahassee?

I only provide photography services in Leon County, Tallahassee.
